請教如何預防抽筋? - 路跑 Road Running

是這樣的,連兩年台北馬半馬都到16k時就抽筋,第一年賽前其實就有練習過21k,速度約
5:3x全程無不適,後面2k還能加速到5:1x,以1:59作收,無奈正式來的時候約16k就抽
筋了(均速約5:3x),最後以2:01飲恨,初半馬沒破2。賽後有一天再度默默的跑完21k
(1:56作收),因為預設只想跑個10k,所以 沒有補給沒有飲水,溫度約22左右,跑後
也無不適。第二年賽前吃了香蕉、喝了水動能,速度和前一年也差不多,到15k前感覺超
順,然後16k又抽筋了,想請教有可能是哪出了問題,或是賽前大家會做什麼準備?
