請問飛輪正確的跑步方式 - 有氧運動 Aerobics

原諒我沒有多爬文
昨天上飛輪練長時間的跑步
我阻力在11-14 轉速65轉 跑15分 卻不是非常累
但如果坐下踩 大腿就會非常酸
我想問說 我跑步好像都是用身體的重量在踩
沒有辦法把轉速拉快 如果把阻力調輕反而會卡卡的 也跑不快
這是肌力還是平衡的問題?
正確的跑步應該要怎麼練習
