我今年高三正準備要明天考統測其實我不是刻意要減肥因為我120%的心都放在課業上我暑假兩個月來為了未來念書肯定念到很晚所以想說拼拼體力順便減肥所以暑期輔導課下課我幾乎都會去慢跑40-60分鐘一個月下來瘦了6KG(81KG→75KG)目前大約76KG我想請問我唯一的運動時間只有禮拜六下午5:30以後隔周的禮拜�
