我的目標是想瘦個5公斤就好,因為我本身是不算胖,基礎代謝率不高,只有大約1000大卡。因為我知道很多人「節食」都是一天當中有一餐不吃,甚至採斷食法,反而容易復胖,所以我還是三餐都有吃,但是都吃得比較少。水果、蔬菜(用水燙的)一定有,白飯只添幾口,瘦肉也只拿一塊,油炸的不碰,早
