請問跑完半馬腳踝痛該如何鍛鍊 - 路跑 Road Running

各位前輩好
我在健身房練差不多三個月,跑步差不多四個多月,練的很普通,只能算練身體健康的,
體重倒是減了不少。
因最近老是被朋友拉去路跑半馬,每次跑完左腳腳踝或者足弓就會痛好幾天,右腳卻都很
正常,想跟前輩們請教,怎樣的鍛鍊可以強化腳踝的力量呢?。或者哪種護具能改善?
