想問一下,比賽或平常跑步時,除了有喝水運動飲料外,都沒在作其他能量補給,尤其全
馬或半馬比賽前1~3小時,都會先吃東西,因此比賽過程也沒有特別飢餓,都是完賽後才
補給能量,可是看到版上很多大大似乎都有在比賽過程中吃能量膠,尤其是全馬吃的人更
多,真的吃後對比賽成績有提升很多嗎?我是從來沒吃過,尤其一包價格也不斐,所以想
聽聽大家意見,如果真的有效也想買來試試,只是果膠大家都藏在哪?我買的迪卡農衣褲
也沒有地方好放,還是說大家都買比較好的褲子放果膠或繫上腰包?
好像有人說半馬不用吃果膠,也有人說因人而異,是這樣嗎?
好奇一問,看那些菁英選手像黑人選手正式比賽時有在吃能量膠嗎?看轉播好像都只喝水
