我想做站著採的那種機器&呼拉圈還有趣外面騎腳踏車但是做運動應該是讓自己有線條吧像是我同學作仰臥起坐但瘦是瘦了是因為她的肉本來就不多現在便肌肉了就感覺瘦了我是都是肥肉做運動ok嗎
