我是個男生...總覺得自己有點胖現在身高173左右體重大概75公斤吧~因為有在運動(足球)的關係所以看起來滿壯的..不過肚子有點大...而且也覺得自己太重想在暑假期間....減個5~8公斤....不知道有沒有辦法我只有吃早餐和午餐.....晚餐因為運動完食慾很不好所以沒吃....不過還是沒有辦法瘦.....希望有人可�
