一般練氣功各門各派都有所謂的功法,有的甚至是完全不講吐納呼吸的,但有一定的手勢順序。請問為何只是肢體揮一揮動一動就有練功的效果?我們平常過生活不也是要一直保持活動嗎?平日的活動或運動跟練功的動作為什麼會有不同的效用?平日的動作會不會不小心練成一些功?解了一些功?或造成對"
