我是男生身高160體重6519歲一年前最胖的時候是78公斤後來決心要減肥後就開始晚餐全部改用水果代替但其他餐都正常食用(以不過量為原則)2-3個月後瘦了12-13公斤後體重就開始不會以再明顯的速度往下掉了後來我也鬆懈了一些開始三餐正常吃(依舊不吃消夜或餐餐過量)所以之後也只有復胖1-2公斤回到66-67��
