我身高160體重54可是體脂肪19公斤已經試過很多方式像是早上喝溫水助排便澱粉量減少或是所謂的代餐運動很多方式都嘗試過了可是都沒有什麼用處到底要用什麼方式可以消除我體內過多的體脂肪讓體重下降?
