長期的嚴重便秘
多吃蔬果 喝酵素 優酪乳 吃益生菌 黑梅汁 藍藻片...
通通沒效
又因為不能從事激烈運動
最近想嘗試做瑜珈
數年前聽高中老師提過
她跟印度老師學的一種瑜珈(是哪種真的沒印象了Orz
學到後來
甚至能"把腸子變成棒狀"
從此便秘的困擾遠離她了
請問若是想訓練以上
該往哪個派別 或是該做哪種類型的瑜珈呢?
(之前跟朋友去過一兩次瑜珈課 但那位老師似乎覺得我在虎爛 囧>
麻煩大家解惑了
