請問我呼吸的方式的問題 - 路跑 Road Running

我平時慢跑呼吸是鼻吸口呼,
呼吸的順序是 左 右 左 右 左 右 左 右 左 右 左 右......
吸 吸 呼 呼 吸 吸 呼 呼 吸 吸 呼 呼......
然後大約跑個八百左右,滿嘴就都是口水了,就要吐口水,
然後每四百左右大約就又滿了,就再吐口水........
有口水是正常嗎?
請問一下,要調整怎樣的呼吸方式或節奏,
才不會這麼容易累積口水,或是沒有口水?
