HI..小弟16550公斤太瘦了最近想增重..買了增重乳清蛋白想請問增重的人適合做什麼運動如果只在家裡沒用運動器材是否能用伏力挺身之類代替還有增重適合跑步,打籃球等等的運動嗎不懂增重到底要做什麼運動最好能幫我規劃個訓練表例如做什麼項目..做幾次..做多久之類的我會很感謝的...Showmore
