請問喔~~~ - 路跑 Road Running

我現每天晚上七點半跑步到八點二十
在健身房跑
回到家裏八點五十
通常我是十點左右睡覺的人
可是跑完步肚子都會很餓
請問在我跑步完後到我睡覺前可以吃或喝點什麼東西
來解決那討厭的饑餓感 而又不會影響到身體健康及睡眠品質
或是增加肥胖
煩請各位高手前輩賜教
