小弟練跑一個月了,每個禮拜大概跑個3或4天,每次都10K
最好成績是46分半左右,不知道要怎樣才可以才進步一點
很想跑進45分內,想說先練好10K再來練半馬
沒有跑步的那天就是去游泳,希望各位大大給些建議!
