如題...我是個大學生由於有這些隱憂害我都不敢天天打球><打的時候時間也不敢打得太長太激烈但我很喜歡打籃球也想使自己進步!想請問~如果早上下午都打球有時間就打!像練練基本動作鍛鍊體能啦一直跑一直跳的..像這樣日復一日下去長久下來對身體會有害處嗎?是否已經不知不覺傷害到了什麼?以�
