你要談經驗的話,我也說一下我的經驗好了。
我靜坐久久一次,偶爾坐著身體也會搖晃地動,有時候面部表情也
會擠眉弄眼,我也放任它動。(不過,我並不覺得這些動作對我有什麼
實益?反而有礙於我的入靜,因為我多少還是會注意這些現象,而且身
體搖晃愈來愈大後,過了不久就給我躺下來,這叫怎麼我靜坐啊?)
即使我已經知道自發功是什麼玩意了,也是久久才一次,但不是每
次都這樣子……
真要暗示自己一下「想動就動」,那就快了,不到三分鐘就開始搖
晃地動了,試了幾次,每次都這樣,百試百靈……
