我165cm52kg我該減肥?還是健身?〔國一升國二〕想趁暑假花20天練好自己我比較想從運動方面來減肥或健身因為腿很粗〔大小腿都是〕練成肌肉可能會更大塊!我上半身除腹肌外其他都蠻結實的~#我的問題是要如何處理我的腿〔包括屁尿〕??#如果薦意減肥?或瘦身?請各位順便指導一下~~謝謝~~
