大家好,小弟真正開始認真練跑從去年8月開始,目標是為了跑今年的櫻花馬。
成績...5小時48分,就是普普通通的成績。
練習量:
8月:56 KM
9月:77 KM
10月:117 KM
11月:126 KM
12月:128 KM
1月:142 KM
2月:103 KM
3月:169 KM
4月:200 KM
3月開始量變多是因為多了NB半馬和櫻花馬全馬,4月在跑了貢寮和愛台客後,因為
看到里程數有上來,就以200 KM為目標在昨晚衝到了200。
但目前全馬只有一次,半馬的成績從最慢(2012富邦3小時15分,這時沒有什麼練,一
週跑1、2次10K,再加上意志力跑完的,跑完後就中ITB :( ) ,到上週愛台客進步
到2小時37秒,以自身來說應該是算進步很多了,那...接下來請問應該怎麼練??
小弟目標想要進1小時50分內,這樣子應該要怎麼練呢?? 持續月跑200以上會有效嗎?
因為看之前的文章,也有先進建議不好亂練間歇,那...什麼樣的狀況才可以去練比
較不會傷到?因為小弟有傷到過,所以知道傷到很麻煩。
