身高165體重61原本體重60的說因為常常運動長肌肉了所以變成61了==我們家的人骨架很大下半身又肥胖手婉那的骨頭大約有5.6公分左右很大我想瘦到55公斤左右有可能嘛要怎麼受呢我也不知道我想在飲食方面改變而且我早上起床臉會水腫我女生國一我想瘦全身
