這種想法我也試過,最後肩膀有點受傷的感覺,又沒效果。
幾年前,有個前輩這樣跟我說:
「蝶式打水一大一小。出水的那一下小,只要膝蓋伸直就好,入水的那一下才大」
那時候,我的習慣是兩次都用力踢。根本就無法理解前輩說的話,要是出水的那一
下小,頭的高度怎麼會夠換氣?
後來我才知道,換氣那一下衝出來的力量,除了手腳出力,還有一大部分是靠前面
那一下打水的慣性。如果這個慣性太小,太依賴手腳出力,很快就累了,很容易像溺水
一樣硬要把頭伸出來。
所以,結論是:
1.把入水那一下打水的力量加大
2.練習更好的滑行,讓划手前的初速更大
