訓練內容的數量與順序可以達到不同的效果,且訓練間的休息時間必然影響訓練成效

目前遭遇的問題:
小弟是游泳新手、因為沒上過課 所以有時候姿勢不太正確、泳齡約1年
捷式、蛙式大概可以游到1500~2000
最近學蝶式 、泳池38米 泳到一半就沒力了
後面幾乎用拖的、前陣子終於請到朋友幫我排影片
我自己看好像覺得是腿應該打到水面下
而不是打在水面上
各位泳者能幫我看看我的姿勢還有哪裡要改進
