蛙式..愈游愈沉 - 游泳討論

小弟初學游泳...有請教練教
當學蛙式時....總覺得蛙腳愈踢愈沉.....
每次一抬頭換氣...再沉入水中....怎麼愈來愈接近泳池底部(身體並非水平飄在水面上)
所以想請教高手...到底是怎麼回事....教練是說我身體放的不夠柔軟
才會往下沉....
可是我感覺是我身體肌肉與脂肪的比例...導致無法水平飄在水面上?
這到底是怎嚜回事?姿勢不對嗎..還是有其他因素...
還望各位高手指教~~
