近日藍軍中場若日尼奧在接受《太陽報》採訪時談到了自己和薩里的關係，他否
認外界一直盛傳他是薩里最喜歡的球員，並堅持表示他和義大利人只是正常的關係。

他表示：“我並不特別，我只是一名普通的球員。我也不想與眾不同，這樣可能
不好，像大家一樣沒什麼不好，我真的不想成為那個特別的人。即使外界真的認為我
是薩里的愛將，那我也想證明為什麼薩里喜歡我。所以我想向他們展示我是一個優秀
的球員，他們對我的態度完全是錯誤的。”


“I have a normal relationship with him, a relationship between two
professionals. I don't go out for dinner with him, I don't go round to his
house. Our work is very professional and he speaks and explains what he
wants me to do, I try to understand that and do my best for the team.”

“我不認為自己是他的寵兒，我只是認為我是一個可以幫助他做他想做的事情的
球員，就像其他球員一樣。He has certainly let me know what he thinks! He
has shouted at me, told me I was getting some things wrong... and that is
it, I am just a normal player like everyone else.”


“我很冷靜，因為我知道我有多努力，我付出了多少努力。所以我接受其他人的
觀點，但我絕不認同，我尊重他們的意見，這反而給了我力量。所以我只是聽著，還

Jorginho was on a plane, uprooting more than 6,000 miles from home to
a new life a year at an age before most kids in England are sitting their
GCSEs.


From a small Brazilian coastal town to the youth team at Verona, from
there to Napoli where he first started to work with Sarri. It has led him
ultimately to England where his background equipped him for a stern test
of character.

Jorginho said: “It was tough moving to Italy so young. You don't have
much experience of life, you are leaving your family and everything behind
to go to another country and another culture.”


“Coming here from Italy is difficult too, but you already have a few
years' more experience, you already have a family, you already have a
different form of support around you, but it is still difficult.”

“I think that it is more difficult to leave everything behind when
you are just a small kid. You are away from home for a long time, you
don't have a lot of money so you can't just jump on a plane to go back
home if that is what you want. So we are talking about two different forms
of pressure.”


“In the first case you are still a kid, whereas in the second case
you are dealing with the pressure as a man, so you are better prepared to
deal with it.”

None of the issues surrounding Jorginho's place in the pecking order
will shake him or throw him from his ambition to become accepted by
everybody at Chelsea.


“我從來沒有任何懷疑，因為我相信自己。如果有一天連我都不相信自己了，那

“薩里的足球理念在英國行得通，但每個人都需要時間來學習他們應該做什麼，

我們的中場選手透露自己對足球的熱愛源自童年時母親的鼓勵。有一段影片的內
容是當瑪利亞˙弗雷塔斯 (Maria Freitas) 在商店裡看到印有若日尼奧名字的球衣
時，不禁流下了喜悅的淚水。看過這個影片的人都能明白，兒子的成功對她的意義是
多麼重大。

“我找不到其它詞來形容她了，”若日尼奧對BBC的《足球焦點》節目說。“我
怎麼能不談她？不可能不提一下我的母親。不管是過去、現在還是未來，她為我做的
一切，都體現出她是一名‘神奇’的母親，我們非常親近。”


“她是讓我開始練習足球的人。我父親在其他方面幫助著我，而我母親通常是拿
著球，並告訴我：‘來吧！我們現在開始訓練！開始吧。右，右，左，左。’如果我
把球踢高了，她會說：‘不，不是這樣，你要這樣控制住球’。於是，我們經常下午
在沙灘上這樣練球。”


關於那段影片，若日尼奧解釋了它所包涵的重要意義。


“看，這是她！這段影片我百看不厭。我把它放在手機裡，我總是會去看它，因
為這太美妙了。每次我去比賽的時候都會看這段影片。它給予我力量，真的是這樣。
看了她的表情，我就知道她想起了我和她一起度過的歲月。”


“一路走來並不容易，在職業生涯裡我碰到過很多困難，但她一直都支持著我。
看到影片裡的她，我就有了力量。我會想起以前和母親在一起的日子，會想起自己的
足球夢想。”


“現在我已經實現了這個夢想，這不光是我的夢想，還是我母親、我姊姊和我父
親的夢想，這也是所有我身邊的人和所有愛我的人的夢想，這就是我如此執著於實現
這個夢想的原因，這種感覺太棒了。”
