210天前的初半馬花了2:30:37,第二場、第三場都在跑完12K後膕窩痛變步兵,後半段只
能跑走勉強完賽
第四場太魯閣半馬,賽前傷,腳掌腫脹,整整休息了10天進行復健,期間完全休腳,2:30
:15完賽
第五場嘉義雲豹半馬,2:20:52.68完賽
第六場金門跨海大橋半馬,2:12:33完賽
到今天第七場臺北國道半馬1:57:10完賽,連續四場破PB
起跑的時候人潮擁擠,所以用全開的速度往前衝,前4K速度幾乎都在5分速,第5K開始人
潮變少,體感心率又有點好像太狂,擔心後面會爆掉,因此在5~9K降速到5分半~6分速
,第10K感覺今天狀況不錯,又開始稍微加速
在終點線前幾百公尺做最後衝刺的時候,終點旁的觀眾一直提醒:現在過終點的都破2,
加油!
使出最後的力量,奮力手刀衝刺,通過終點線的時候有點激動,沒想到破2門檻在跑步將
近一年來終於達成了
今天的完賽時間是1:57:10
正式突破2小時門檻
比初半馬快了33分27秒
期待在跑班教練的調整之下
在一年之內完成半馬破百目標
