自由式換氣頻率與速度 - 游泳討論

先說小弟單純愛游,運動量是每日自由式1600m,自訂菜單這樣:
200m暖身
400m單手滑水(單右手去,單左手回,單趟70s)
200m浮板打水(自由式去,蝶腰回,單趟70s)
800m自由式(單趟60s +)
之前因為身體因素,停游了近兩年(改慢跑,可愈跑愈胖)
四月開始回到每日游的規律,游了兩個禮拜後大概回到以前的速度。
可是體力有比較差了…偶爾力氣有剩的話再補50蝶*2。
其實一直以來都是維持長泳50m/60s+的速度,很難再更快。
前幾天在岸上看一個泳隊的同學輕鬆游,速度有50m/50s,很羨慕。
人家姿勢100分是沒話說的,想學一時也學不來,可是觀察到她的換氣頻率是這樣:
右右左左,兩划一換,三划一換,兩划一換,三划一換…
我是右左右左,三划一換。
因為自己是半路自學的,所以我猜姿勢本來就有問題,
三划一換時身體晃得比較厲害,力氣浪費掉了。
昨天改試那女生的換氣法,覺得比較順,速度好像有快一咪咪。
小小心得,野人獻曝。 :)
對了,如果還想更快,版友能給一些建議嗎?
像是什麼訓練可以做(陸上or水裡),或菜單可以改?
比1600m再多游我暫時沒時間了,不然好想一天5000m啊~
