小妹請教各位~
我平常跑步不多
有暖身及收操
固定一禮拜6~8km. 1~2次
速度不快約6'30"而已
之前因為沒跑步時膝蓋也緊緊痛痛去看復健科
醫生說左膝後十字韌帶受傷(不知怎麼會受傷...
先做復健但依受傷程度復健應該不夠
建議PRP治療
不過看那價格我做完6次復健(微波.電療)就閃了
也休息了3個禮拜
再開始由3k慢慢跑
目前恢復到6k
不過跑的時候大約3k後左膝還是會有一點點緊緊的感覺
也因此我操場都跑最外圈
現在想說韌帶跟支撐力有關
因此想從護膝跟肌力下手
但不知這種狀況護膝如何挑選?
肌力要訓練哪裡呢?
還是建議換個復健科再治療?
另外想問有沒從松山南港這邊往大直橋跑的朋友
現在過民權大橋那個90度左轉的橋下還有浪狗嗎
之前有一次傍晚跑被狗汪汪嚇到就不敢再跑那了A_A
但那段跑起來真舒服呀~
