先前小弟聽從國術館師傅的意見,嘗試改用前腳掌著地跑步與走路,當天嘗試的結果,右
腳踝感到非常不適,隔兩天再跑去給師傅看,師父說這是因為你改用新方法跑步,動到
以前沒有用到的肌肉,身體正在適應。之後就繼續用同樣的方式走路與跑步,上網看許多
跑友的討論,也是看到有不少人因為採用這種方式跑步而感受傷/不適的例子,心裡還是
有些怕怕的,不過因為照這樣走路跑步,原本左邊腰痠的症狀確實有改善,所以還是照做
。腳踝過幾天不適的感覺就完全消失了。
這禮拜一開始,忽然感覺兩隻小腿都有些微的不適感,下午去逛書局,剛好看到姿勢跑法
發明人的書,裡面有提到剛採用新跑法,會感到小腿不適是正常的,不過到了晚上,我右
腳阿基里斯腱的部分開始出現痠痛感,而且奇怪的是,兩邊的膝蓋,竟然出現好像骨頭在
滾來滾去的痠麻感.....
(註:我慢跑不會跑很久,呼吸節奏抓不太好,大概跑12分鐘就有點喘想休息了)
睡一覺醒來,腳跟是不太痛了,但膝蓋奇怪的骨頭滑動感還是在,忍不住還是回去給國術
館師傅檢查一下,照師傅的說法,因為改變的方法走路,一方面肌肉骨頭在適應,另外一
方面,以前所受的舊傷沒痊癒會再冒出來,回想起來,先前確實曾經因為嘗試臥位拉筋,
讓兩隻腿受到拉傷。

裡面強調,前腳掌著地,其實先下去的地方是腳掌外側,接著重心才會移到拇指球,我之
前是直接用拇指球的部位著地,我猜測這或許是我會感到不適的原因之一

這邊也有一個報導,裡面建議說平常就可以走路就可用前腳掌著地,有疑問的是,走路的
話,是否也要像跑步一樣,先著地點要先在腳外側呢?或是直接在拇指球部位呢?
有人可以分享一下相關經驗嗎?
