膝蓋隱隱作痛....該怎麼保養了~ - 路跑 Road Running

感謝跑友提醒與回應, 我再補充一下平時運動的頻率和習慣.
一般都是一週 2~3 次 , 在健身房裡跑 10km 左右..
因為有意在今年底完成一次初馬, 所以今年參加路跑的次數比較多.
到目前為止大概有 10 場了.
以前膝蓋痛時大概休養個 2~3 天就好了,這次則是好幾個星期都不定期有這感覺..
感覺有點害怕..
