不知道那個位置叫什麼
膝蓋正後方的筋
每次平躺腳要抬直 只能45度
身體站直雙手碰地大概差個30公分 指尖才能著地
我沒上過瑜珈課
請問版友 要想那個位置的筋 (膝蓋正後方 雙腿彎曲處)
的筋柔軟
有什麼特定的動作可以練習 或是影片可供參考嗎
