膝蓋外側疼痛 休息三個月 做伸展 好不了 - 路跑 Road Running

前因:
2月時跑渣打半馬
賽前只有練習過7k以下
當天跑到18k時覺得大腿有點沒力
所以改用腳打直並以腳跟著地的方式跑完....
當時出了肌肉痠痛外
沒有任何不舒服的狀況發生
休息一星期後復跑
不到2公里
膝蓋外側開始出現疼痛且越來越劇烈
馬上休息
就醫情形:
查了資料自己認為是ITB
去看復健科診所
告訴醫生前因
並且自己認為是ITB
醫生就直接說沒錯
要我開始做復健
項目是 電療 雷射 微波
但陸陸續續只去做過4次
自我復健:
買瑜珈滾輪早晚做伸展
平時仍然正常運動 一星期約四次
只是從打籃球和跑步改為
不跑步
只做游泳及重訓(坐著把腳往前踢 練股四頭肌的機器)
運動前會做熱身及簡易的外側伸展
(屁股向外側推 腳向後交叉 身體呈弧線的伸展)
情況未改善:
1. 傷後兩個月
有一次因為趕公車所以跑了約50公尺(小跑步 些微下坡)
上車後馬上感到膝蓋外側疼痛
持續了3~4天
2. 上個禮拜(傷後2.5個月)
街上逛街
大概5點逛到7點(走走停停)
又出現膝蓋外側疼痛...
疼痛的方式大概都是彎的時候會痛
所以會想把腳打直著走路

問題:
因為一開始就是自己認為是ITB
且都有朝著ITB的復健方式練習
但休息了快3個月仍然很脆弱
似乎一點改善都沒有
很無助想請教我還能怎樣做
或者根本不是ITB?
還是有推薦的骨科或復健科
可以詳細診斷實際原因嗎?
之前去骨科都覺得
醫生也不會看什麼
只是開個肌肉鬆弛劑給你就打發了><
麻煩大家提供意見了
