由於下禮拜要跑統一發票杯
最近想說來加一下LSD的圈數
平常跑最外跑道25圈 周末到30圈
最近就都平常日跑30圈 周末40圈...
結果今天膝蓋爆了 囧
想問一下大概多久沒練體力會有大幅的退步呢???
想說這禮拜就完全不跑 看會不會好...
實在不想放棄(崩潰)
