膝蓋卡卡~ - 路跑 Road Running

每週跑步天數:大約2天
每次跑步距離or時間:跑跑走走30分鐘
跑步地點/地面:學校操場
距離用餐時間? 飯後1.5小時
因為身體有變胖的趨勢,所以最近開始跑步運動
平常都在晚上跑(怕曬黑>"<)
我的習慣是:先動一動身體,拉拉筋=>快走半圈操場=>跑4圈=>走1圈=>跑2圈=>
做點緩和動作+深呼吸=>回家
但在跑步的時候,右腳的膝蓋感覺會卡卡的,很像膝蓋後面被頂到要往前跪的
感覺,不會刺痛,只是有點難伸展 (好想膝蓋也可以像折手關節那樣,啪!
的一聲就能舒暢的跑啊~"~),
另外跑到後面小腿有慢慢變硬的fu,爬文後,好像這是在練習肌力的意思@@
請問膝蓋卡卡是跑步姿勢的問題?還是初新者跑步體力太差磨合期的自然情況呀??
不知大家看不看的懂我的形容>////<
