膝蓋不好應該訓練哪裡的肌肉? - 羽球

雖然年紀不到阿伯.. 可是膝蓋天生就有些問題
(也許變胖也是個因素拉XDD)
之前有發一篇買護膝的文,
也已經買了基本款的護膝來戴了,
但偶爾沒戴或是打一陣子脫掉護膝,
都會覺得膝蓋有些許的不舒服 QQ
想說應該可以多練些肌肉來分擔膝蓋的負擔
可是卻不知道要多練"哪一部分"的肌肉
才能主要幫膝蓋分擔呢?
又..該如何訓練呢?
有爬了一些文,有看的什麼抗力球的@@"
還可以抱啞鈴半蹲的..
可是我又怕這樣會不會有一下子太強度了,
有沒有基本慢慢教學的訓練大腿肌肉的介紹呢?
