由於髕骨位移的關係,
走路大約20分鐘膝蓋就痛了(走樓梯不適感也很明顯);
平時沒有運動習慣, 想要買一雙新手入門的鞋,
一開始用來健走, 等有一點耐力後會用來跑短程的距離.
請問針對膝蓋不適這點該如何選鞋?
