買第一雙鞋時完全不懂足弓、楦頭腳型、避震科技,就爬文看全民跑鞋,買了雙一般型美津
濃rider25,使用上完全沒什麼問題,後來想購入第二雙鞋,買高階一點的亞瑟士,
店員推薦kayano29,說我足弓算正常,現在緩震跟支撐沒分那麼明顯,k很好穿的,量腳後說
你應該介於2E~4E,認知上我嚇一跳,想說我腳不是普通人寬而已嗎,店員說應該是3E,然後
解釋我雖然都穿28公分,但是他量測長26.5寬10.5,我就先拿了4E,
後來回家拿rider去店裡再跟2E跟4E比,感覺上跟2E相近,又換回2E兩雙都28,
不過自從穿了之後出現兩個問題,第一是跑3公里後腳掌會燒,詢問板上大先進後買了有止滑
效果的襪子跟綁緊鞋帶改善了,但是第二個問題是跑大概2公里後,如圖位置會痛,兩腳都是

不確定是否嗻骨位置,
一開始硬跑會痛很多天,後來再跑大概痛兩公里後就還好,是不是因為鞋子綁太緊,還是我
應該拿4E的或者單純鞋型不合?
