腳底板疼痛 - 路跑 Road Running

最近在為ING半馬做準備
練跑到五.六公里時
右腳拇指底的關節會有少許疼痛
腳底板中央也有些不舒服
不過隨著里程增加 並沒有變更痛 (我跑到14km)
跑完步後就OK
這和戰鬥蹲姿做太久有關嗎 (剛離開新訓不到一個月)
還是和著地姿勢.鞋子有關?
我知道像膝蓋會隨著肌肉增強 而能夠承受較多的衝擊
但是腳底板狀況會因為練習而改善嗎?
