暖身:簡單拉筋、弓箭步、轉腳踝約3分鐘
收操:走400公尺
疼痛部位:脛骨從下往上約1/2位置稍微用力壓會痛
是否有服用藥物或營養補給品:無
最近等當兵練跑步,長期無運動習慣
最近兩個月才開始跑,發生以上狀況
想請問各位大大這樣是正常的嗎?
猶豫要不要看醫生@@
