我想說的是如果我一個禮拜運動4次都打籃球2次是1小時半2次是半小時
少吃少喝飲料不吃宵夜會變瘦嗎?????持續每個禮拜2次是我放學回家後???
還是也要跑步???

這麼強烈的瘦身計畫,雖然說瘦的會比較多,所需的時間也比較短,但是相較之下破功的機率也大幅增加,所以減肥還是不要貪快,不如慢慢來,確實改變飲食習慣,減少食量.這樣瘦的也比較健康,不容易復胖.
