胸口痛? 悶? - 路跑 Road Running

先依PO文格式向前輩們請教一下
性別:男
身高:165
體重:55
每週跑步天數:3
每次跑步距離or時間:5~6KM (30分鐘)
跑步地點/地面:國小操場PU跑道
距離用餐時間?: 大約晚上七點吃飽 九點半左右開跑
是否有做暖身?暖身時間、方式? 有簡單的拉筋 做些伸展活動
是否有做收操?收操時間、方式? 簡單拉筋 + 邊走回家邊伸展
疼痛部位?請形容一下您的疼痛?
平時跑步的時候不太會痛 偶爾跑完隔幾個小時或甚至隔天會胸痛
胸痛的位置在胸部正中間 感覺就像肋骨被揍得有點縮進去壓到肺
又有點像是噎到東西卡在胸口 呼吸之間就會有不適感
昨天去跑了NORTH FACE10K 後今天痛的特別明顯 @@
到底怎麼了呢@@?
是否有服用藥物或營養補給品(如:Move free、維骨力)?無
