肌肉痠痛的部位 - 路跑 Road Running

每次跑全馬完,小腿肚都會超級痠痛
大腿倒是沒什麼問題
這是代表什麼意義? 小腿缺乏鍛鍊? 該怎麼加強這部分?
前半馬可 2:10 完賽,但後半馬就會大崩盤 ..
大概 25km 後就會跑跑走走
導致完賽時間往往超過五小時 ..
請問這樣應該加強什麼部分?
看版上文章,似乎就是 LSD ..
但平日要找出時間,自己一個人去跑個 25~30 km
坦白說是件沉悶又花時間的事
我 185cm/85kg,這種體型跑長跑負擔挺大的
平日大概都是在健身房,一週練個兩三次不超過 10km 的距離
10km 可以跑大概 54 分
有什麼推薦的練習方式,讓我的後半馬可以不要跑不下?
要全程不停下來用跑的,對現在的我來說真是困難
若可以的話,應該就可以 4:30 左右完賽吧!?
