肌力的訓練方式? - 路跑 Road Running

接觸慢跑已經有五六年了,一直以來都不算是認真的跑者,純粹是享受慢跑這項運動。
前陣子因為意外,停了兩個多月,直到這禮拜才回到原本的課表。個人而言,跑步不外乎肌力、體力、呼吸。幾天下來,發現體力和呼吸並沒落差太大,呼吸都能跟得上訓練的配速,體能也還可以應付10-15K。
問題出在腳的肌力,我發現肌力退步很多,小腿很容易發痠和沒力,不太能像以前一樣跑得快或久,尤其是到後面會有力不從心的感覺,身體不累,腳卻使不上力。
我的問題是,肌力的退化真有這麼快嗎 ? 傷前是10K42分和1:36半馬,我以爲肌力起碼有一定程度,卻全部不見了。一個半月後有一個重要的半馬,我很希望能PR,但是擔心沒有足夠的時間調整回原來的狀態,不曉得各位有什麼建議呢? 需要特別練腳的肌力?
