小女子最近大學剛畢業加入國考行列進入了補習班,
平日念書之餘需要找點運動讓自己更有精神,於是開始跑步,也慢慢喜歡上跑步
目前進行了兩個禮拜,跑一休一,3K需要22分鐘而且會很喘很喘到沒辦法說話
爬了精華區許多文只知道LSD可以練距離、間歇可以練速度之類的方法,
但是什麼樣的訓練菜單適用於自己卻沒有什麼方向
平常跑步的時候大概要用什麼樣的速度?需要在多少時間內跑完3K才會進步?
要跑到怎麼樣的水準再挑戰5K?甚至可以報名10K?
