不知道板上有沒有老人家呢?
有沒有手臂打到快殘了的案例?
每天早上這樣在一兩小時內短時間用力,手臂受得了的嗎?
即使作了十幾分鐘的熱身,拉了一下球,關節還是活不起來。
手卡卡,腳也卡卡,被球和被對手玩殘。
我從六月份恢復每週打球二日到現在,感覺肌肉和關節機能每
下愈況,腳難蹲下站起,手也酸麻難施力。
可是場上那些比我還老的老人家,造拿杯,殺起球來也真殺。
他們都沒有老人關節病嗎?真羨慕。
吃挺立不知道有沒有效,有人可以分享嗎?

如果說每天晚飯後打羽球1小時或超過一小時的時間,
從七月算起的話
這樣到8月份或九月份能瘦10公斤以上嗎??
