不知道是不是體質問題
因為想參加半馬挑戰自己所以開始練跑
可好容易抽筋 才跑操場20圈就開始抽
超痛從小腿到腳趾都會 一直向下捲
常常要麻煩別人幫我壓腳
然後最近連睡覺睡到一半也會 (太累嗎???)
有人說是體內電解質不平衡
有人說吃香焦可以改善?
但我吃了也沒否用 還有什麼方法可以解決嗎??
