練跑加速跟呼吸節奏-交大環校 - 路跑 Road Running

每周跑步天數:3-4
各位版上的先進大家好,
小弟我從新年過後開始晚上夜跑的習慣,
跑步的頻率大概都是隔天跑(中間那天做做操這樣)
我是繞著交大環校跑的,有大斜坡上去那一邊
我現在練跑遇到瓶頸,
想請問我要怎麼樣才能克服/提升自己平均跑速
問題1,呼吸的節奏,大斜坡後我會很喘,請問我應該在斜坡前就開始大口吸氣大口吐氣嗎?
平常跑步會自己變呼吸頻率,速度偏慢是鼻子兩吸一吐,速度偏快是鼻子一吸一吐
問題2,大斜坡我應該比跑平地快這樣衝上去嗎?
我現在是稍微比平地快一點跑上去,可是這樣跑會稍微氣喘+腿部肌肉無力
因為上面那兩個問題所以我除了第一圈之外,之後2,3,4圈都會跑完大斜坡忍不住停下來
下面附上從一開始到現在的跑步速度表
1. 44.5mins 三圈 (6.6km)
2. 38.5mins 三圈
3. 36.5mins 三圈
4. 37.5mins 三圈
5. 51.5mins 四圈 (8.8km)
6. 50mins 四圈
7. 47.5mins 四圈
8. 47.5mins 四圈
9. 47.75mins 四圈
