練跑之後覺得短跑沒有增強 - 路跑 Road Running

覺得好奇怪
以前沒有再練跑步的時候
再跑100m 感覺 跑很順 雖然都後繼無力
一下子就沒力了...
可是當開始練習跑長一點的距離
覺得體力應該夠了
但是去跑短跑100m的時候
怎麼感覺一點都沒有變快的fu = ="
(有一陣子有再跑1500m.以為跑了這個體力應該會變好.跑短跑成績會更好 XD )
看到人家400m從頭衝到尾就很好奇
就很好奇 大家到底是怎麼練了
很想嘗試一次馬拉松看看
覺得雖然過程很辛苦
漫長的跑步....我自己鼻塞 只能用嘴巴呼吸
常常在跑步的時候 乎到喘不過去
又要吞口水..喉嚨也很乾
結果呼吸就又亂掉了
有時候覺得真的跑很順..有時候又一下子就很痛苦
真的覺得常跑是種考驗自己的運動項目
如果我可以向跑操場的阿伯們那麼耐久就好了 = ="
每次都跟到一半就跟不了
一堆人卻還是繼續跑..真的是耐力魔人
