練氣功有段時間了
但一直沒有什麼特別感覺 (先前有發過文)
感覺真的很深奧
還是常懷疑自己有沒有用錯了方法?
最近在練腹式呼吸的時候 有新的困惑
老師最常講的就是要在將氣吸到丹田
意念要放在身體後面腰部那邊(屁股方面一點)
所以有段時間,吸氣時一直吸,然後想著吸到這個位子
但之前看了幾本書 發現有些書寫的意思好像是
說吸氣的時候要用意念試想著將氣慢慢的由鼻子 口腔 喉嚨 胸 一路往下
要有這種試想(意念)的過程氣才會往下 但這個方式我也覺得挺不解
因為我持續呼吸的時候並無法持續將這口氣往下帶
大概只能鼻子一直吸 吸到滿的時候 這口氣在口腔附近
再一路往下 但這樣的話和老師講的 我只要將意念放在腰部那邊好像又不一樣
感覺意念是很抽象的詞 可以解釋為「用力專心想」?
而且執行過程也都不確定有沒有到位
