請問前輩氣功的動功與靜功練習時間比例如何分配較佳?小弟我目前習慣在練氣功前,會
先做約6分鐘的立式拉筋,再做20分鐘動功+40分鐘靜功...不知這樣的練功時間流程有無
再需調整的部分?感恩!
